Heather's journey into entrepreneurship and business began at age 5 peddling pollywogs to kids in her neighborhood until teaching them how to catch their own! If it is worth knowing - it is worth sharing! Novel Expressions, her current endeavor gives her the opportunity to live her bliss by creating an indulgent, safe space where women build supportive relationships, prosper their unique gifts and talents, and create a sustainable, authentic life. Building on her generous, intuitive nature, she has learned to embrace openness and vulnerability as a superpower.  

As the world focuses on perfectionism, Heather invites you to embrace vulnerability as a pathway to authenticity and connection. Through heartfelt storytelling and empowering exercises, this weekend she will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and courage, empowering you to show up for yourself in all areas of your life. You will walk away with actionable tools to develop intentional focus as a catalyst for personal and professional growth.  You will learn to synchronize your internal rhythms to tap into your innate wisdom, and live a life of greater balance, vitality, and fulfillment.

Amanda Hildebrand

Quick to laugh and creative as hell, Amanda is a woman with a plan!  Needing a viable work life balance and financial freedom for her family, she founded In Perfect Balance Bookkeeping, in 2022 to combine her love of accounting, organization, and helping businesses succeed. She has built a sustainable, profitable company without sacrificing her personal wellness and is focused on inspiring women business owners to do the same. From cash flow management systems for scaling companies to teaching new entrepreneurs how to create solid financial foundations in their businesses, Amanda empowers those who work with her to thrive.

 

This weekend, Amanda will share her knowledge and personal experience on financial wellbeing and how taking control of your financial health can positively impact your wellness as a whole. You will learn personal finance essentials and leave with actionable tips and tricks to help you financially flourish as well as having. Business owners will leave the retreat with a structured plan to prioritize profit in your business and begin PAYING YOURSELF for the work you do, no matter what stage your business is in.

MayreAnn Rojas

MayreAnn emulates grace and grit. She is deeply passionate about working with people who struggle with trauma, mental health challenges and addiction. She has a Psychology degree and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She is a National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC).  But it is MayreAnn's compassionate nature, non-judgmental attitude and innate abilities that set her apart as she invites and challenges us to become a better version of yourself.  

​​MayreAnn understands firsthand the challenges and stresses facing women - marriage - raising children- divorce - dating and remarriage, as well as coping with loss, work stress, depression, anxiety and life traumas.  With MayreAnn's guidance and evidence-based approach, this weekend we will learn how to navigate life's ups and downs with grace and resilience. Take away practical tools to enhance your mental well-being, cultivate inner resilience as well as tips to identify and regulate your emotions, as you build greater emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
