Let's introduce the heart, mind, and soul behind Novel Expressions, Heather Higgins, your dedicated partner in business transformation and personal growth. With over three decades of entrepreneurial and business experience, she understands the challenges and aspirations that come with running your own business.
Heather's love for nature is undeniable, and she's torn between the allure of mountains and the serenity of the beach. She and her husband share a mutual passion for exploration, from the thrill of ATVing, tranquility of camping, or the pure joy beach sand between their toes. Heather's quick wit shines through in her playful banter with her husband, who occasionally pretends not to appreciate her humor.
With a few exceptions, in her opinion good music began in the '60s, and ended in the early 90's. Heather loves creating and organizing amazing events where friends can gather for connection, comfort and rejuvenation, if this accompanied by a delicious meal she has prepared for them - she is in her bliss!
Heather's fascination with the wisdom of honeybees and the valuable lessons they offer is a testament to her inquisitive nature. With her excellent communication skills and a profound love for words, she builds on the transformative power of words to assist in shaping businesses and lives alike. Her coaching and consulting approach embodies an intuitive, intelligent, and non-judgmental spirit, reflecting her genuine passion for serving people and helping them uncover their hidden potential.

TERI CROOK
Let's introduce, Teri Crook, the talent, color and energy behind the detailing, drafting and project management side of this enterprise! Teri started her career as a part-time detailer for a steel distributor getting customer drawings ready for the shop to process. From there she went to work full time as a detailer for a specialty lighting company with a focus on high end homes and businesses.
She was born and raised in the Intermountain West and loves anything outdoors. She has an adventurous, caring heart and is quick to laugh. Teri has a passion for nature and architectural photography. Follow her on IG @tree_hobby_photography.
When her beautiful and super smart daughter, Bailey, graduated from nursing school and found an amazing opportunity in Virginia, Teri decided she was ready for a change in scenery, as well. So she, Nate (her boyfriend) and Aphrodite AKA Tiny Kitty packed up and relocated to Maine. Yes, this included an audacious drive across the country with Tiny Kitty!
When she isn't working for you - we will find Teri out with her camera capturing the incredible beauty of Maine or spending time with Nate as they discover the wonders of New England!
